Shipping & Returns

Orders ship 2-3 business day after payment has been recieved (excluding weekends and holidays).

We ship to the contiguous 48 states only. By UPS Ground only.

Shipping Cost are as Follows orders that total $30.00 or less Shipping is $8.00, For orders of $30.00 to $599.99 shipping is 23% of order total. For orders of $600.00 or More shipping is 14% of order total.

UPS can not ship to PO Boxes.

When your order ships you will be emailed a UPS Tracking number so you will also know when your order will arrive to you.

Replacements: If an item is damaged during shipping or has workmanship deficts we will REPLACE the item at NO CHARGE to you. You must notify us within 15 days of recieving your item (s) of any of the above problems.

Refund and Return Policy: If you are not happy with your item (s) for any reason you may return them for a refund less shipping costs. Note: if you ordered 2 or more items and want to return one item we will prorate the shipping costs to reflect what that item would have cost to ship alone.

All items must be returned to us in the original packaging in order to recieve your full refund. if not in original packaging a 25% restocking fee will be added. We will send you a email with instructions on where and how to return your item (s) to us.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner the payment was recieved (i.e Check, Paypal or credit card) Only after we have recieved the items back.

YOU MUST EMAIL US WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE FOR ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS. VOID IF REQUEST IS AFTER 15 DAYS.
